Returns

STORE CREDIT

If the product qualifies for a return, it will happily be returned for a store credit or exchange.  You have 20 days from the date of purchase to complete any returns or exchanges.  If you would like a new size, I encourage you to purchase the new size and include the order number on your return.  Once your return is received, you will be refunded for the original purchase.

Once the item is received, it will be processed within 3 days.  The credit will be applied to your customer account.  The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please look at washing instructions before your launder your items.  Most items are HAND WASH.  Even on gentle cycle, these items may not do well in a washing machine.  So please launder according to directions.

 FINAL SALE ITEMS-

These items are not returnable.  They are marked at a great price or even below wholesale pricing.  There are no additional coupons or discounts on this category.

 

NON QUALIFYING RETURNS

If a item smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify.  Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.  If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.  If arrangements are not made after 30 days they will be donated to a charity.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging an item because of size, I recommend you purchase the correct size.  This is due to limited stock being bought of each item.  If you do purchase the item in another size, please make a note on your new order with original order number.  Once the return is received, in new condition, you will receive a refund of the duplicate.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect each item once received.  You have 2 days from delivery to report any defected product.  A picture of the damaged item is required.  Please ensure you are close enough to photograph the issue.  Please send the picture to khstaginganddesign@gmail.com.  In the subject line please list your last name and the word DAMAGE.  If this is due to shipping, please also take a picture of the box or bag damage.  The item will be replaced if still available.  If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another item or have a refund.  Please email immediately to khstaginganddesign@gmail.com.  

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order.  If your purchase totals $115.00, before taxes,  you will qualify for free shipping.  If you are returning an approved item, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs.  If you are returning a damaged item, you will receive a shipping label from KH Staging and Design for the cost of shipping.  You will receive the shipping label by email.  Once the shipping label is received, you have 72 hours to ship the package back to KH Staging and Design. Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours.  If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted directly.
